Genius, I tell you.  They have other tribute albums, too, but I just discovered this one yesterday.

Totally cool.

Spoon

Thoroughly enjoying the Gimme Fiction album by Spoon.

They have a cool sound to them.  And their song "Sister Jack" is on some phone commercial and my jaw dropped when I heard it.  But they're cool so I figured it was a matter of time.

They're on tour right now with Death Cab for Cutie and Mates of State.

Rockin' cool.

Pure Volume

Everyone once in a while I hit up Pure Volume.  I love it cause most bands have free downloads of their stuff on there so if you just want a sample of a band, you can have one.  It's mostly indie and punk, which is another reason why I like it.

Supersystem

Meet  Supersystem.

Mix a dash of the Kaiser Chiefs with a little Bloc Party and a side of synthesizer and you'll get Supersystem.  I'm thoroughly enjoying their song  "Tragedy" right now.  So cool.
