I've decided that I need to read more classic books. You know, the ones you wish you could join conversations about but you haven't read them so you just walk away. Those ones. And truthfully, I'm a little embarrased that I have read all the Shopaholic books but have never read Dickens. True story.
I'm also horrible at book clubs so this isn't about me joining one or making you join along with me in my pursuit to be an adult (which you can if you want...I won't stop you). Therefore, I present...
Here is the first (hopefully, of many) list:
I'm planning on checking back in with my progress and starting up some intellectual conversations so watch out! And maybe someday I will start a sentence with, "As Marcel Proust would say..." (if you know that reference, we are besties.)
Good list. I've started Wurthering Heights about five times and never gotten through it. I'm curious to hear if you do.

I was totally surprised when I read "Around the World in 80 Days", it was awesome and classic, so I was entertained and felt smart.
