Amen to that!
I am feeling a little scattered lately. And it doesn't help that my kitchen is a messsss right now. Ugh. And ugh some more.
I saw this a bunch on Facebook and I have to throw another "Amen!" in it's direction:
Me! That's me! If I were in the 3rd grade my report card would definitely say "Lacks focus." And maybe, at this point, "Doesn't play well with others." The stress is making me a little on edge and a little snippy. Ahem.
So today, to take a proverbial chill pill, I tidied up my office, made our bed (I'm not the best at that), and bought the "Nature Sounds Relaxation and Tibetan Chakra Mediation" on iTunes. For realsies.

I am feeling better already.
I read a study once that said that people that make their bed everyday are happier people. I don't know how that was really measured but I liked the idea so I force myself to make the damn bed every.single.day!
